As the days grow longer and hopefully warmer, we can enjoy wearing that old wardrobe favourite the T shirt. It seems harmless enough, but in truth, nothing is less forgiving than a plain white T shirt.
If you want to wear a T shirt this Summer then you need to get a T shirt bra.
A T shirt bra gives you a smooth silhouette under your T shirt, there is nothing more unsightly than lace, seams and lumps and bumps under you top.
When buying your T shirt bra remember 2 things:
COLOUR and FIT
Colour
Many women believe they need a white bra to go under a white T shirt. If you want a bra to be invisible under white or light colours then choose one nearest to your own skin tone. Neutral bras do not have to be beige, try peach and soft pink tones with your favourite T shirt.
If you do want a nude coloured bra then there are many different shades for different skin tones.
Fit
Always get your T shirt bra professionally fitted. The four breasts look is not attractive under a fitted top!
Try a moulded T shirt bra for that barely there look:
• They are totally seam free.
• They give a firm shape to sagging breasts.
• They will hide protruding nipples.
• They do not make your breasts look bigger.

Find the perfect swimwear for your body shape
The summer holiday, it’s that time of year when you walk about in front of complete strangers wearing little more than your underwear.
Make sure you are looking your best with these swimwear tips for different body shapes:
Large bust
If you are over a C cup buy bra sized swimwear for the best shape and support.
(If you don’t know what your bra size is, then it’s a good idea to be professionally measured before trying on swimwear.)
V-necks and halter necks are the most flattering as they draw the eye down and make the most of your curves. Pre-formed bikini tops will give a large bust a better shape.
Avoid bandeau or strapless suits if you are over an E cup, as they will make your bust look much bigger.
Small bust
Triangle bikinis, horizontal stripes, bow or ruffles across the bust are all flattering if you are an A or B cup. If you need a little extra support then opt for a slightly padded style of top to enhance your bust. Wearing a lighter coloured top to bottom will also make a small bust look bigger.
A big tummy
Look for one piece suits with tummy control panels and interesting pleats or ruching across the waist and tummy. Tankinis can also work well but make sure the waistband is high enough not to cut across your tummy causing unsightly bulges.
Pear shape or big bottom
Take the emphasis off your hips with a brightly patterned top and plain bottoms; shorts are great as they give greater coverage. However, if you have a large, but well toned bum and no cellulite then go for a tie side, high cut brief as less material will give the illusion of a smaller bum.
No Waist
Go for a bikini; choose hipster bottoms with bows or details on the hips. This will make your hips look bigger than your waist and create the illusion of curves.
If you prefer to wear a swimsuit then choose one with gathering around the middle or different coloured panels at the sides.
Avoid tankinis as they will make you look too square.
Long body
A bikini or tankini is best. Choose a bandeau style top and high cut briefs. This will make your legs look longer.
Bright colours and horizontal stripes work well on a long body. Some brands make extra long length suits if you prefer the all in one option.
